We have poodle/Australian shepherd mixes.  Good dogs, but they pulled on the leash, making our daily walks unpleasant.  Over the course of three years, we read training instructions and hired several trainers, but for a mixture of reasons, including our own ineptitude, the bad behavior on leash persisted.  A few weeks ago, we called Marcia.  She arrived a few minutes early for our appointment, and within minutes, there was a clear improvement in our dogs on a leash.  Now we know how to get the behavior we want and how to maintain it.  Marcia observes animals and people.  She is smart and friendly.  If I had just gone to her three years ago, I could have saved both aggravation and money.
